Booking was straightforward and they expected you to be there for 8:30a.m. Signed in on arrival and then watched a video of what to expect, followed by a quick explanation of what to expect. About 26 of us going up and I signed in as #20 so whilst I had a long wait, it was good watching the others go up and seeing their faces after they landed.
Friendly, helpful and experienced staff all helped to make the experience thoroughly enjoyable. They have been going since 1997 and have not lost anyone yet!
Ten minutes to fly up to about 12 000ft, about 30 seconds 'free fall' then another five to landing. All too brief!
